In relationship with the changes proposed by @antonin_d in [Making the forum more welcoming for users - #9 by antonin\_d](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/making-the-forum-more-welcoming-for-users/1017/9) I would make the following changes (_I updated the order bas on @antonin_d comment_)

- **Welcome forum guideline** (pin this thread [Welcome to the OpenRefine community forum](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/welcome-to-the-openrefine-community-forum/47) at the top)
- #Support with the same sub-categories
- #News and Announcements - low volume announcement - replicate the blog
- #Development & Design with the same sub-categories
- **Community** category (new) and moving the following as sub categories
  - #teaching-openrefine
  - #documentation
  - #using-forum
  - #operations
  - #feedback
