Trying to debug a previously reported error, I wanted to undo some changes in a project and got this error:

```auto
java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to load change file /Users/robert/Library/Application Support/OpenRefine/1772975005542.project/history/1749666907466.change.zip
```

The file is there, I can see it and unzip it in the finder.

I'm on macos 15.5, openrefine 3.9.3 and Vivaldi browser 7.4.3

Hi @Robertgarrigos, that sounds like an important bug. Could you share an archive with the entire project directory? I would be curious to look into it.

Thanks! I have looked into it and opened an issue about it. [Unable to deserialize changes for column renaming operation · Issue #7341 · OpenRefine/OpenRefine · GitHub](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/7341)
As far as I can tell, this is not a regression: this bug has been present since day one. (To trigger it you need to restart OpenRefine - the upgrading doesn't do anything.)
