## Discussion

### Funding update

- Martin has a meeting next week with SuperBloom to discuss OTF funding.
- Sloan indicated that they are focusing on building capacity instead of funding individual pronect.
- Martin has an call to review the strategy with LJ this Friday.

### Code of Conduct Status

Antoine joined the call to discuss the status of the code of conduct committee.

- Following his outreach, one member indicated she was unwilling to stay on the CoC.
- The CS&S representative is no longer part of the CS&S team.
- Other members did not answer.

Antoin inquired about having a place to save and share CoC-related documents. The group discussed the opportunity to

- Make policy publicly available under OpenRefine documentation as initially outlined by Martin in [Requesting Feedback: Documenting OpenRefine Community Handbooks - #9 by Martin](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/requesting-feedback-documenting-openrefine-community-handbooks/1224/9) By making the document publicly available, it will increase transparency and ease to reference them
- Use a dedicated Google Drive for working documents specific to a case or report. Those documents must remain confidential. OpenRefine has access to a Google Workspace via CS&S.

Next steps

- Antoine to clarify what type of document he needs to share
- Martin and Antoine will coordinate with CS&S to understand how CS&S Google Drive can be set up.

### Developer Hiring

Antoine did not attend this part since we discussed personal information.

- discussed the results of the technical test from last week and decided who to interview next.
- review the questions for the last interview with Advisory Committee member
- review the offer we will make to the selected candidate.
