### How to Propose a Session for the [2025 OpenRefine Online BarCamp?](https://openrefine.org/blog/2025/06/10/OpenRefine-2025-Barcamp)

- **Create one topic per session idea** in the [Events - OpenRefine](https://forum.openrefine.org/c/community/community-events/18) forum section.
- **Write a clear description** of what you want to discuss or present. Include details like the topic, format (demo, discussion, training), related ticket, and discussion along with the session goals.
- **Add the #barcamp-2025 tag** to your topic. This helps us find and group all Barcamp proposals easily.
- **Engage with other proposals:** Comment on and vote (with the thumbs-up) for the sessions you’re interested in.
- **Update your proposal if needed** as your idea evolves before the agenda is finalized.

### What Happens Next?

- All proposals will be reviewed during the **planning day on Monday, September 8, 2025**.
- The final agenda will be co-created based on votes, comments, and overall balance.
- Don’t worry if you’re new to proposing, this is a welcoming and collaborative space!
