### BarCamp

Martin walked Jan through the PR, presenting the registration page for the BarCamp: [Announce OpenRefine 2025 Barcamp by magdmartin · Pull Request #465 · OpenRefine/openrefine.org · GitHub](https://github.com/OpenRefine/openrefine.org/pull/465)

Once it is merged, the next steps for Martin are

- Configure the forum to allow participants to submit session ideas.
- Start the outreach campaign.

### Funding

Martin worked with Jan to merge outstanding PRs to update the funding page

- **EOSS-5 no-cost extension** was approved ([#463](https://github.com/OpenRefine/openrefine.org/pull/463))
- We submitted the Expression of Interest for the **Research Software Maintenance Fund** ([#462](https://github.com/OpenRefine/openrefine.org/pull/462))
- Martin received an update from [**Superbloom regarding the OTF proposal**](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/partnership-opportunity-with-superbloom-via-the-otf/2232) that the proposal is still under review.

Martin will work next on the following items

- Prepare the application for the floss.fund
- Follow up with previous outreach emails sent
- Start new outreach campaign based on the Program Officer identified by LJ

### Other items

Martin and Jan reviewed the status of the following initiatives

- Clarification on the **goal post usage**. Martin will update the documentation based on feedback received through May.
- Relationship between Wikimedia and OpenRefine. Jan and Martin reviewed the status of the **Wikimedia OpenRefine group** and what they can cover. We would like to have a session during the barcamp to discuss how it can move forward.
