Hi @TimonR this is a standard Mac message, not specific to OpenRefine. Please see this thread for information about the message and instructions on how to override it [Installing OpenRefien on MacOs Ventura](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/installing-openrefien-on-macos-ventura/1771/1) (although it is titled "Ventura" it applies to other versions of MacOS)
