## Discussions

### Funding Pipeline

Martin presented the progress regarding the funding pipeline. Since the meeting, a more detailed update has been published here [Funding Opportunities 2025](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/funding-opportunities-q2-2025/2147)

We reviewed the status regarding [Creating an OpenRefine Wikimedia Group](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/creating-an-openrefine-wikimedia-group/2132) and discussed the next steps

- We have enough interest to start writing the application
- Martin will contact our contact at the Foundation and Wikimedia Germany to inform them of our initiative.

### Varia

We identified the following topic to be discussed in the upcoming call:

- Funding allocation
- Advisory Recruitment
- Barcamp: should we set a date?
- Goal Post: Martin has a format in mind. He needs to formalize it and present it to the community.
- Martin will resume work on the governance next week.
