Hello,

I’m doing some testing with the 3.8 Snapshot.

I’ve tried to add new items from OpenRefine to Wikimedia Commons, but it returned: “_MediaWiki error while editing [badtags]: The tag “openrefine-3.8” is not allowed to be manually applied._”

I’m logged in with my bot account and using the most recent Wikimedia Commons manifest (Oct 11, 2022).

I notice [this problem was reported back in June 2022](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/3359).

[The solution seems to be to](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/3359#issuecomment-1172006172):

- either create an `openrefine-3.8` tag on your Wikibase instance
- or when creating it you did not specify that it could be applied manually when making edits

[Regisrob solved it](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/3359#issuecomment-1192772002) by doing the following: “_[the] problem was solved after adding the “tag” in my Manifest (and create it in Mediawiki of course)._”

I get that you can add the line _“tag”: “openrefine-${version}”,_ to the manifest, but how to I add this on Mediawiki?

Kind regards,
Wouter
