## Discussions

**Advisory Committee Status**  
The Advisory Committee informed CS&S regarding Esther limited availability in the coming months.  
The group discussed potential candiate to replace her. Martin will reach out to them.

**Birdaro Update**

- The first half of the program is completed; the schedule is changing now. The second phase includes writing a playbook, starting in a Google Doc (final place to decide on later). The program is really useful and ends in December.

**Fundraising update**

- Application status
  - FLOSS/fund - awarded
  - Catalyst Grant - no
  - NLNET - no - Martin to follow up. Funding rounds every second month (next one is 1 Dec)

- Outreach campaign:
  - Martin sent and scheduled community outreach (email and social media)
  - Martin is currently reaching out to funder we have relationship with. This is mostly followup from CZI Open Science conference
  - Sloan ask us to send a LOI
  - Martin identified 21 organizations to reach out to discuss the Institutional Support Package
