An update on the operation history design process:

I'm preparing for a new round of interviews - ideally with more experienced OpenRefine users - to test and give feedback on the new Operation History prototype. That will include:

- Operation History panel design

- Pipeline design

- Operation logos

I'm hoping to get a better sense of issues that come up, and narrow down design options by watching these prototypes in use and gaging users' reactions.
