Hi @colognella, welcome to the forum! I think your link goes to a different page than you meant; are you talking about the bug discussed in [this thread](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/after-adding-rows-and-editing-a-cell-project-failing-to-load/2214)?  
If so, I'm not sure how @antonin_d recovered that project, but the fix for this issue should be released tomorrow as part of [Releasing 3.9.3](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/releasing-3-9-3/2219)
