**OpenRefine Booth at IndiaFOSS 2026**

Hello everyone,

I'm exploring the possibility of setting up an OpenRefine booth at [IndiaFOSS 2026](https://fossunited.org/indiafoss/2026), one of India's largest community-driven Free and Open Source Software event.

The booth could serve as a space to:

- Introduce OpenRefine to new users and contributors.

- Demonstrate data cleaning, transformation, reconciliation, and enrichment workflows.

- Showcase OpenRefine's integration with Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, and other open data platforms.

- Engage with the broader FOSS, Open Data, and developer communities in India.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this idea. Previously I proposed a lightning talk in 2023 and workshop in 2024. Let me know if anyone from the community is interested in joining for the event which will be happening at 26-27 September 2026 at Bengaluru, India

The due date for proposing the Booth Application is on 15th July 2026.

Looking forward to your suggestions and feedback.

Thanks,
Jinoy
