After releasing 3.9.1, it has appeared that two fixes haven't been quite correct:

- the new French localizations still contain an error which prevents the confirmation dialog for history erasure to render correctly ([Problem with wikidata (fr) reconciliation - #6 by antonin\_d](https://forum.openrefine.org/t/problem-with-wikidata-fr-reconciliation/2151/6)). I have fixed this in Weblate. It also turned out that there was a backlog of changes on Weblate that were waiting to be pushed because of a conflict that needed manual resolution (which I have fixed by following [Frequently Asked Questions - Weblate 5.11 documentation](https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/faq.html#how-to-fix-merge-conflicts-in-translations))
- the pagination still doesn't work quite as expected in the presence of active facets ([Incorrect behaviour of row view navigation buttons in facet-filtered view · Issue #7207 · OpenRefine/OpenRefine · GitHub](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/7207)). @Rory has been working on a fix at [Send absolute row index in request when "last" pagination button is clicked by SoryRawyer · Pull Request #7211 · OpenRefine/OpenRefine · GitHub](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/pull/7211).

I would propose to release those two fixes in 3.9.2. As always, if you are aware of other regressions, let me know 🙂

Not 100% sure if this is a regression per say, but it's core functionality that broke/is broken: [global Unescape HTML entities doesn't work · Issue #7212 · OpenRefine/OpenRefine · GitHub](https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/7212)

I had a look and it's indeed a new bug, so I'd propose to add the fix for it in 3.9.2:

>
> Fixes #7212.
>
> It turns out that all actions in the "All" -\> "Edit all columns"… menu didn't work if there were undone operations in the history, a bug caused by my introduction of the history erasure confirmation dialog.
> This fixes it by simplifying the way those actions are implemented, making a single request to execute all operations on selected columns at once.
>
> I intend to backport this to 3.9, to be released in 3.9.2.

I have released 3.9.2 with the fixes mentioned above, plus a bump of the maximum CSV cell size which seemed to be too low for quite a lot of people.
