Hello! I have a question about using OpenRefine for data cleaning/organizing.

I am not a data person, but I work with a bunch of data analysts at work. I was wondering if and how this tool is used to clean data sets. If so, can I use it to put sets into CSV format and download it as a file?

Thank you!!

Ed

Yes - OpenRefine supports import and export of data in a variety of formats including CSV

I hope these answers help. You might find an introductory tutorial such as one of the video or written tutorials listed on [External resources | OpenRefine](https://openrefine.org/external_resources) useful to get started but please feel free to ask questions here
