I’ve run into a, from what I can see in the forum, quite common problem, insomuch that the reconcilliation via Wikidata does not (persumably) pass the firewall of my company and the advice stated in prior cases that I’ve found has not been applicable.
Trying to use the Reconcilliation link https://wikidata.reconci.link/de/api yields this error message:
Now, the IT department of my company has already tried so resolve this issue by editing the openrefine.l4j configuration file, which, according to colleagues, has worked in the past but seems to be insufficient to access wikidata in the current day.

As it stands, it seems neither my own research nor the IT department’s efforts have yielded any frutiful solutions, so I thought to consult the OpenRefine experts themselves to see if you have ideas or suggestions that either I or the IT guys could try.
