Wikidata schema does not recognize reconciled cells not created by reconciling

When copying columns with reconciled data (copying "cell", not "value"), the cell appears to be reconciled. However, the Wikidata schema does not recognize it as reconciled, and it cannot be used unless reconciled using the reconciliation process. The same applies for cells for which reconciliation data has been copied from other columns.
