We have had quite a few support requests being posted in this category. I have just changed its description from “New to the OpenRefine forums? This is the place to start, with all the key information about the forum and how to use it” to “For any feedback about the structure of this forum and any suggestions to change its configuration” in an attempt to prevent that.
