  • Martin asked the Advisory Committee to review the outreach emails for feedback.
  • Martin is meeting with Danielle on Friday, April 11, to finalize them.
  • Martin will start the outreach next Monday.

Fund Allocation

Martin will request a no-cost extension for the EOSS-5 grant. This extension will allow us to reallocate the funds if needed. It's safer to plan for this possibility, even if we accelerate our spending and complete the project by October 31.
