Accounting Update

  • OpenRefine moved Figma and Discourse to a yearly license
  • Sage Intacct migration update by CS&S
    • Financial info input into the new system as of July1
    • CS&S is running 1 week behind for monthly reporting
    • Expect the third week in Aug to share logins for the platform and a video tour of the dashboard
    • Customizing dashboards, including runway calculations

Fundraising status

Martin provided the update from July 24, 2025 Advisory Committee and the group review the funding pipeline.

We have 6 months of runway left.

  • It will be hard to get new grant in time now.
  • For faster turnaround: focus on corporate donation + newer foundation (Navigation, CZI)
  • We will focus our effort on the giving campaign focusing on corporate and large donor.
  • We can see if we can have a big donor to use as matching fund.
  • Work with LJ, who has more experience in this field.
