Depending on your needs... For your Unternehmen column you might experiment with using Blank Down which will keep the first value and then blank out any repeating values in that column. Blank down and Fill down can both work in Records mode, although just be aware and careful of any sorting you might need to do prior (this depends on the dataset record alignment). Sometimes it's good to sort and other times not. The great thing about OpenRefine is that you can experiment! and just use Undo/Redo if you forget to do something prior like Sort if needed, before doing a Blank Down.
