How to Reconcile with Library of Congress Authorities

Hello,

I am relatively new to OpenRefine, but have definitely gotten the hang of the basics over the last few months. I work in a library and want to be able to reconcile messy data with Library of Congress Authorities. I noticed the GitHub list of reconciliation services (Reconciliation service test bench) does not include a URI for reconciliation with Library of Congress Authorities. With that said, how can I reconcile data with Library of Congress Authorities on OpenRefine?

That list only includes production services with permanent URLs, not services that you can run yourself. There is an LCNAF reconciliation service here: https://github.com/cmharlow/lc-reconcile It used to have a production URL, but now you need to run it yourself. Another possibility might be to reconcile against VIAF and then use it to get the LC info, as outlined here: https://github.com/mcarruthers/LCNAF-Named-Entity-Reconciliation
