Community calls
- Community call: OpenRefine LLM Extension Demo was a success with over 16 attendees.
- No call scheduled for August yet, we have several topics to explore. Martin and Jan will follow up with potential speaker.
Survey
- Survey final format has been submitted for review on June 19 Drafting the 2026 user survey - #2 by Martin

Apple Certificate has been renewed.
Funding
- The OS4LS application is due by July 21. This is Martin's priority in the coming days. We need to submit the budget to CS&S for validation.
- Martin to follow up with the OTF. The Concept note was submitted early May, still showing as "under review" in the OTF system.
- No other sources of revenue have been identified yet, which leaves a potential gap between Nov 1st (end of current funding) and Jan 1, 2027, when the OS4LS may start. The gap is around USD 5,000. Martin will share with the AC material from the 2025 fundraising campaign. We will assess if we update them for a short 2026 campaign. The 2025 campaigns brought around USD 1,000.
