Advisory Committee Status
The Advisory Committee informed CS&S regarding Esther decision (see [ADD LINK]
The group discussed potential candiate to replace her. Martin will reach out to them.
Birdaro Update
- The first half of the program is completed; the schedule is changing now. The second phase includes writing a playbook, starting in a Google Doc (final place to decide on later). The program is really useful and ends in December.

- Martin sent and scheduled community outreach (email and social media)
- Martin is currently reaching out to funder we have relationship with. This is mostly followup from CZI Open Science conference

- Martin identified 21 organizations to reach out to discuss the Institutional Support Package
