Advisory Committee Status
Following December 19, 2025 Advisory Committee CS&S agreed for Esther to stay on the AC while attending only the monthly call.
Annual Review
Both Martin's and Rory's annual reviews happened earlier this week, prior to this meeting. The group discusses key findings, including:
- Rory will join the weekly AC call starting the January 15th call.
- We discussed reviewing the position names for Rory and Martin to better reflect their role.
Fundraising status
- Funding Opportunity: 2025 Sloan Letter of Interest was submitted
- Martin will prepare an update on the 2025 fundraising campaign.
- Martin have conversation with the Gates Foundation and Wikimedia Deutschland scheduled in January
- We received new feedback regarding the Exploring an Institutional Package Model
- Martin will prepare an updated financial project for the AC to review
