A member of my team who works on Mac (Sonoma 14.7) had been using OR for a couple of weeks and one day it stopped starting. She only gets an error message saying the server did not send any data ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
What can it be related to? The only thing that changed during this time is antivirus update (she uses Eset 8.2.800.0) - could this be related?
What can be done in this situation?

An anti-virus update is definitely a possible culprit. They can block web connections that they consider suspicious. You (or your IT department) might want to look at possible settings to allow local connections to the OpenRefine server program.
