Unable to reconcile or edit schema

I’ve just upgraded to 3.9.5 and I’m unable to reconcile or edit the schema. I’ve tried two different services and nothing happens when I try to reconcile with Wikidata, but I am able to reconcile with VIAF. I’m unable to drag and drop columns or otherwise edit any schema.

I’ve already:

Increased memory for openRefine

Installed Java 25

checked for overly long column names

Fixed by deleting an out of date Commons extension.
