VBQ (Very Basic Question!): Adding the same phrase to each row in one column

Hello,

I am a new learner to OpenRefine and am having trouble with a particular action I want to achieve.

In one column, I would like to add the same two words to the end of text that is already in each cell. I don't want to get rid of any of the existing data in the cells, just add two words to the end of each cell.

Hello,

Select "Edit column" then "Add column based on this column", in the windows put : value+" the two words".
