Error batch upload to Wikimedia Commons

I try to upload a batch of images in openrefine version 3.7.6., Some of the images are perfectly uploaded and others failed. I got this error:

I tried again with only the images that failed the first time but everytime I try again to upload I get the same errorcode for the failed files.
I also tried it with another batch of files and the same happened: some of the files upload and others I can not succeed to upload.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Hi, This could be a rate limit issue you are running into. can you upgrade to the latest version of OpenRefine, a fix to handle rate limit was included in 3.9 release.
