Advisort Committee Status
Esther proposed staying on the AC but joining only the monthly CS&S call. Other AC committee members are OK with this decision. We will validate with CS&S in the next call.
Martin didn't received positive update from his outreach. The group agrees to continue the outreach regardless of Esther's status to keep flexibility and a strong AC.

- The group finished preparing for the annual review.
- Julie and Rory graduated from the Birdaro program and will share their progress with the community in January.
