Developer Hiring
- We have scheduled the technical interviews for next week (between Feb 3 and Feb 7).
- The group will reconvene in mid-February to review the result and schedule the last round of interviews for the last week of February.
- The Advisory Committee will start to prepare questions they want to ask in the third interview.

Fundraising

- Martin met with the Wikimedia Foundation earlier today. There is no more funding available from them. They are willing to help with other applications by providing an introduction, letter of support, or application review.

Barcamp fund usage
- Two weeks passed on the conversation Reallocating Barcamp funds towards Project Manager position in 2025.
- Esther already answered on the designated thread based on the Advisory Committee position discussed during the call.
