  • Jan informed the group that the Wikimedia Affiliate recognition pause has been extended until September 2026, see annoucement
  • Jan provided an update on the Wikimedia Hackathon where he met with members of the Wikimedia Wikibase user group. Future collaboration remains to be defined.

Community call

  • Martin provided a progress update regarding the community call and initial community outreach to schedule the first session.
  • The YouTube channel is live.
  • The group discussed the format of the call and agreed to include one feature presentation, along with time for attendees to share what the community is currently working on. This could include ongoing open pull requests, forum threads, and upcoming projects. This way, participants can contribute between sessions.
