We reviewed the registration status and session scheduling. The Advisory Committee decided to close travel reimbursement on May 20th.

Action items:
- Martin will follow up with tentative participants regarding the registration deadline to ask for travel reimbursement
- We have the OK from CS&S to reimburse participants’s flights before the event. Martin will follow up with participants who requested financial support.
- Antonin will purchase a webcam closer to the event.
Bocoup
Bocoup scheduled ten interviews so far.
They also shared a draft for their session. They will publish it once it is finalized.
Budget
The Advisory Committee reviewed the template for preparing the budget for CS&S. Martin will prepare a first version using the minimum team format discussed while preparing the OTF grant (see message).
