'The save has failed' error when uploading edits of wikitext

Hi all,

I tried to update the wikitext of around 150 image files on WikiMedia Commons, but kept getting error like: '13:49:13.507 [..ting.EditBatchProcessor] MediaWiki error while editing [failed-save]: The save has failed.' The edits all failed.

I wonder what the cause may be for this issue. Appreciate help of any kind!!
