Discussions
Apple Status
We were finally able to notarize the OpenRefine snapshot release with Apple (reference GitHub #7921). As next step
- CS&S will see how to send @tfmorris an invitation as an App Manager (same access level as Martin has). However, this level does not let you manage keys.
- Next week, CS&S will review how to add a secondary owner to the account. Note that Apple requires the account owner to be an employee of CS&S (contractors cannot be account owners), which limits who can be added.
- Next week, Linda and Martin will record a video on how to generate the key and other artifacts. This will also help any backup person to easily navigate the Apple interface if needed.

Advisory Committee Recruitment
Last week Jan and Martin identified four participants interested in joining the AC.
CS&S confirmed that we can add a new AC member even if the project becomes dormant.
Martin will start reaching out to them.
D//F application
Martin is working on 2026 Limited RFP Digital Infrastructure Insights Fund - Ford Foundation.
The research question the proposal is advancing is loosly related to OpenRefine:
How do user-facing OSS projects support AI-assisted End-User Development (EUD) and customization through extensions and plugins instead of core contributions?
Jan is interested in participating.
2026 Donation Campaign
Martin shared with CS&S that we are planning a 2026 fundraising campaign by reusing last year's artifacts (newsletter, social media, website update ...)
Community call status
Martin received confirmation from enough speakers to schedule a Community Calls session in October to present different reconciliation services.
