Discussion
Check in re: governance
The first round of conversation focused on current active contributors. Martin had conversations with four contributors; three more are already scheduled. Martin will send the next round of invitations to respondents of the 2022 survey (up to 28 persons) and follow up with previous invitations to current contributors left unanswered. Martin still plans to share the results of those conversations by September this year.

Current Grant Status
A No Cost Extension for EOSS Diversity Grant has been accepted. The grant is extended until December 31, 2024. We need to adjust Martin’s contract accordingly.
We signed and received funding for WMF Community grant. We need to make the public announcement and set up the contract for Sandra.
Grant and other applications
Via our community, we have been made aware of the following potential interesting application.
- Digital Public Good Application. There is no funding available but it may help the project for future grant application.
- Mozilla Infrastructure Fund, we believe OpenRefine fit the scope. It is an opportunity to build a relationship with them as an alternate source of funding
